I gifted 3 days for my son and daughter in law. When his schedule changed I reached out via bookings contacted the hotel to request a refund or voucher because my son is a coastguard and due to a schedule change he couldn’t make the first 2 days. I understand that it was non refundable purchase but when he arrived she could not honor the 3rd night because he was a no show!!!???? My son had to pay again for the 3rd night!!!

The resort has everything we needed within a very short distance, 2 pools, the beach, towels & chairs, plenty of restaurants, ice cream, etc. A great location!
Our room was spacious, clean, well isolated and comfortable.
I liked nothing about this property, it was dinky and old , stinky and need to be condemned. I didn’t feel comfortable at all . Didn’t sleep because it smelled so bad. I should be refunded for that night . I just gave my money to Ocean Resort, for nothing in return.
I loved everything especially the location and how every unit is literally like a 1 bedroom apartment and the 2 balconies is a plus indeed. The only thing they possibly need to do is clean the pool and the parking is a bit off if you have a big vehicle. Besides that I have no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely look into staying next year for more days as this time it was a bit short. Thx Four Sails Resort

The resort and staff were lovely. The pool was beautiful, and we appreciated the little touches (activities, chairs, etc.). The property felt like a resort, not a hotel.
The location on the beach was amazing - right by a public shower station and the resort had one as well. Free bike rental was much appreciated, and they even have a box of first come, first serve beach toys.

Our stay at the Ocean Resort Hotel was satisfactory even though the room we had been assigned had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Reporting the situation to the person on duty at night shift whose name is Manjusha, she immediately and very kindly reassigned us another room in good condition. We were able to enjoy our vacation without any worries.
Central location and that was amazing. Everything we needed was just walking distance front the resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we loved the amenities. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was free.
The room was so neat and clean and I was impressed with the balcony furniture it wasn’t all beat up and ragged. The location just steps from the beach was also very nice and the proximity of the restaurants made you feel like you’re in an all inclusive resort.
