Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
It was very clean, one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in and I work for a resort and in hospitality. The housekeepes did such a wonderful job I left her/him a tip.. The grounds also looked great and well kept. The staff that greeted us were very nice and helpful!! The housekeeping staff and some of the other staff I work with should take lessons from Star Suites great staff!!
the resort was perfect the front desk kim was great in making sure all our needs were met the room was excellent i coulndt ask for a better place it would be nice if it was on ocean but other than that i will stay there again
The room was very nice. I enjoyed my shared balconey and partial view. The beach is wide and kept clean by the friendly neighbors. The location is south of the business distrrict. The hotel is in an area of condos and beach houses which gives it a resort-type feel. The beach is less crowded than the other beaches in the area.
Location is great. Photo shows nice sitting area with comfy chairs just back from the beach. They set up chaises and umbrellas on the beach like a resort; nice touch for a motel. The kitchenette has most everything if you choose to self-cater.
The beach is the reason I chose this resort. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up on the beach for the guests. It's a luxury touch. The beach is wide, and, since the property is surrounded by condos, there aren't crowds of people on the beach. Beach towels are provided by the hotel.
The resort and the facilities were well appointed and tastefully decorated. The location was convenient and the overall appearance of the resort was great.
The beach is beautiful, and the beach umbrellas are a special touch usually offered by higher-end resorts. It's a relatively easy hike from the room to the edge of the water. The location is away from the more commercial area and feels more relaxed. I appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast. Over all, I think it's a pretty good value for your money, as evidenced by the number of guests each night, even in the summer.
