Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
First of all, it's a tent. If you're looking for upscale luxury, this obviously probably isn't the best option. Staff was very friendly, bathroom facilities nice and clean. It froze -6 C the night we stayed, so unfortunately there was no running water in the morning as the plumbing had frozen over. The heater helped a lot. It costs a little over $20 including taxes, and comes with a propane cylinder that lasts about 4 hours. It is possible to purchase extra propane. The views and the quietness are spectacular.
We go backcountry camping a lot so we’re not used to this level of luxury for glamping. Great location close to the Grand Canyon but tucked away enough for quiet.
Very clean and confortable bed, gracious host. They even have a shower building (wasn’t expecting warm water, so that’s another bonus compared to backcountry)
Clear sky resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the road to the Grand Canyon, this makes a trip rather easy, however it is distand enough not to have any noises, or light pollution.
Domes are super convenient you will be warm at night and cool during the day.
Local food truck on premises serves great food, and there are couple of options nearby.
The room has everything you need - hot shower, AC, heater. And a huge window full of stars.
People who work there make this place a charm they are caring and always helpful.
Nice room close to the national park. There's not a lot of food options in the town but there's a great Mexican food van in front of the petrol station/shop next door (which isn't on Google maps!). There's also a good food van in the clear sky resort.
We loved every single minute spent at Clear Sky Resorts shamed we couldn't stay longer... The place is simply unique, domes are neat and beds super comfy. Staff was just great, Andres was super attentive and Paizlee was very helpful keeping up great communication.
Can't wait to come back!!
