We love this place. We have stayed.several times before. The cost and the condition of the resort is troublesome. I recognize the new owners have put a little into it to do some upkeep but it needs much much more. I do appreciate the efforts and I look forward to seeing more. The new restaurant is nice. VERY fancy.
Resort had lots of nice amenities. We had a small room but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very nice and helpful and restaurant was very good.
The location (private beach, within 1 hour of three great state parks) was amazing and the staff was so nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable but the furnishings in the room (couch cushions and carpet) were a little worn. With some cosmetic updates this resort would be exceptional. We had a wonderful stay.
The location was perfect for our purposes. Our family was actually placed at Burlington Bay, which has a stunning view, but other than that, this resort was a complete miss.
The resort has been dramatically updated. The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The restaurant, Silver Creek Chop House, was a high end upgrade with amazing service. The menu was creative and delicious, but expensive.
