We paid $220 per one night and had terrible experience!! The room was disgusting. A really strong small of cigarette. Bathroom not clean at all. We found hair on the bath.. for the price we paid, we were expecting something at least OK. We paid also a resort fee (?) for what? Duty pool and something else.
The location is great. Even with many guests the resort was quiet. The staff from entrance gate to house keeping are very friendly and welcoming. Very clean, great poolside diner and bar with accommodating staff. Clean beach and volleyball area.
The room and resort were extremely clean and quiet. The host was great. She was responsive and helpful. The pool bar/restaurant was convenient. Views were great. We also liked the location of the room (across from office where we could buy snacks). Another great added feature was the tint on the bedroom window.
Everything was amazing the place was clean and it had everything we needed! The location was ok we weren’t driving so it made a little difficult! The pool was really nice gave the place a resort feel! The host was amazing and very helpful! She answered right away !
Chris, the host went above and beyond with information about his condo. He sent videos of his condo and everything we needed to know about the resort itself. We enjoyed the pool and deck area that has Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas to relax at. The pool bar had good food and great bartenders. We also enjoyed the outdoor workout area! We didn't have a car but there is ample parking if you do. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Tampa!
