Room dirty. Viceroy gone downhill since we stayed there five years ago. Some employees couldn’t speak English. Service poor in Toro restaurant, not as attentive to dog. Used to give a leash, dog bowls, beds. Spa super expensive, massage less than average. Ski valet was great, checkin great and valet for car great. Overall viceroy rundown and dirty. ALL workers need to speak English.
Offering a private ski valet, this ski-in/ski-out resort is adjacent to Sky Cab gondola. A spa and restaurant are available. A free transfer service to Aspen–Pitkin County Airport is provided.
Surrounded by the stunning Colorado Rocky Mountains and offering easy access to endless recreational activities, this resort features gourmet on-site dining and spacious all-suite accommodations...

Although it is listed here on this website and I took a screenshot, but I didn't have the strength to argue - there is no spa on this website! There is no spa on this site! Although it is listed!
Located at the base of Aspen mountain, St. Regis Aspen Resort features an outdoor pool and ski storage space. Guests can enjoy on-site restaurants and spa services.
This luxurious mountain hotel is the only hotel in the heart of Aspen that boasts ski-to-door access. It features an on site restaurant with an award-wining wine list and a tavern on-site.

Location is unbeatable and generally the service was amazing. They even unwound my wife’s hairdryers cable which was a mess - never before experienced something like that. Great snacks for free in the room. Quality breakfast.

Location, cleaning service, friendless of staff, EV charger (1 of 2 was broken), spa/club

We’ve got very bright corner studio, it was of a good size and the bathroom was isolated from the living area. Super close to the slope- 2 min walk and you hit the mountain. I would stay there again for sure! Great value for the Aspen/Snowmass resort.
The breakfast was excellent. It was as good if not better than many I have had at all inclusive resorts,Food was fresh and plentiful. There was great variety, something for everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We looked forward to it every morning and there was always something new and different on the menu. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel gifted us with a bottle of champagne and sweets. Yum! So thoughtful.
The location is excellent, other than my arms were hurting from dragging my 50 pounds ski bag up to our unit, small second bedroom, and missing ski poles; I love the ski resort
this ski resort is perfect!!! it's not as expensive as the rest of the resorts at the sorrounding area. free breakfast (buffet) is included, there are always bananas, and then each day they have something different (eggs, pancakes, french toast) plus corn flakes..
what i loved the most is that its right next to the slopes.. so when you have your skis, you can go straight from your room to the slopes and take the lift up the moutain.
Nice view. Front desk supper friendly. I also rented brand new ski gear with low price from the shop they suggested. My wife also left her stuff in timberline, they found it. We visited all other ski resorts, this is the best one..
We were looking for a nice condo in the offseason (fall) at a resort and were more flexible where we stayed. This was a good value and a very comfortable condo. There was plenty of space for our young kids. We would come back and stay longer next time.
