The resort was great, as was the staff always!
However, booking screwed up our reservation and then told us we’d have to fix it by calling the hotel. We did, but it didn’t stay fixed. First they billed my for the day we weren’t there then they pre-advised us 5 times for the same item!

Location. But there were ants in the kitchen. Called housekeeping and front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. It was gross to cook in the kitchen with ants.

This property is gorgeous. The back yard and pool are truly resort worthy, and met the needs of my group perfectly. Tons of space for large groups. Tons of things to do on the property - we barely left during our stay in Scottsdale. The pool and backyard area are larger than they appeared in the listing, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. This is an incredible spot for a large Bachelor or Bachelorette Party. Highly Recommend
Loved our upgrade and how quiet the resort was. Its settled close to the mall, downtown old Scottsdale as well as numerous restaurants. Property was well maintained, staff super friendly.
Location was close to everything! Shopping, dining, etc. Rooms were spacious. Loved the patio. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Onsite restaurants and market. Kids loved the gelato. So many pools! The hottub was huge and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Clean! So many amenities. Beautiful resort. Loved all the bunnies hopping around the property. Can’t wait to come back!
We enjoyed how beautiful the room was. My kids loved being able to play pool and ping-pong every evening. The staff was wonderful. I’ve stayed at the Princess and this resort is just a better experience for family and for the price. You get a WAY BETTER ROOM.
The resort was great, as was the staff always!

Shower had no hot water, the fridge was sitting ON THE FLOOR, the room was old and musty, it was a $50 a night room for $100. Toilet clogged up everytime I flushed. Not well maintained at all, I will absolutely never stay again I'll go across the street to the better places available. This place is trash masquerading as a nice resort.
