Easy walk into the centre. Location on the Paseo de Peralta was not as noisy as it might have been. Comfortable, well equipped.

great location to walk to restaurants/bars. Cute courtyard. Breakfast was great! buffet and ordered food all inclusive. cute dining area. Friendly staff
The pool was amazing and felt very much like a resort pool. I loved the special touches around the lobby like coffee vouchers for guests and infused water to drink! Hotel was very clean and front staff were friendly and kind.
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast including fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices, easy parking, easy walk to the plaza, and close to many excellent restaurants. This is an older, refurbished property, not a luxury hotel, but a lot of thought has put into everything. For example: my room had a refrigerator that really worked, and a microwave that came in handy. In the lobby there is filtered water to fill your water bottle and good coffee cookies. Highly recommended.
Very strange hotel. One time I stayed here and there was no hot water. Another time the toilet wasn’t working. They refund you the $15 resort charge. Still for the price and location in Santa Fe it’s an OK place to stay..
The room was spacious. Nice balcony. Bed was comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and keurig. The grounds were beautiful. There were many places for walking. Dog friendly! Plenty of parking. All in all I was very pleased with the accommodations. I'm not sure if I would go back, the resort fee really ticked me off.
I don't like resort fees, but the Posada includes shuttle service within 2 miles morning til 10 pm. If you don't have a car, it is essential in Santa Fe because there is NO TAXI service and Uber is unreliable. I used six shuttles in one busy day. Most of the museums and other tourist venues are within shuttle distance, and the drivers are the friendliest and most delightful part of the staff. The property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class.
Just got back from a recent stay. Beautiful scenery throughout the property. Check in was easy and our little one was given coloring pages and crayons. The resort was well manicured We admired all of the flowers in bloom.
The pool had adequate comfy seating with loungers and also tables and chairs. 2 adult beverages per day was a nice touch.
Also, nice to see it Beautifully lit up at night.
Would definitely recommend for couples and families to stay.
They pride themselves on being an all inclusive property and they make their guests feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff!! All inclusive means that they offer free breakfast, parking, free local calls from room, fitness center and hot tub and free shuttle service. No nickel and diming guests, which is a breathe of fresh air without charging a per night resort fee. Other hotels should learn from their example!! A wonderful place to stay!!
