The photos you see online are real! It is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. We loved Jeannie at the main building she was such a sweetheart and so was the manager. They upgraded us to a Jr King Suite and OMG it was perfect! Very spacious and there is so much to do in the resort that you do not have to leave. We sat by the fire pit at Buckys and we fished on the pier. They provide you with a bamboo pole with hook and bait for you to fish. Best vacation EVER!!
This is definitely a luxury resort, with commensurate prices. While some staff were very knowledgeable, others were unable to clarify information from the resort website nor did they attempt to find the information. Our room was exceptionally large with a wonderfully appointed bathroom. I was particularly impressed by the staff who
transported us across the resort grounds even though we had not requested transportation. Our food was exceptional and the bar service and staff were far above expectations.
