Every single staff member greeted us warmly. I don’t think we walked by one staff personnel without being greeted and a very kind and professional manner. It was a very nice stay❤️ we will be booking again for our California trip in September Thank you Cliffs resort, and spa! The Kiser Family

The location is gorgeous, and this hotel is decently priced for the area. The oceanfront room with fireplace was very nice with outdoor patio and connection by a walkway with 2 other hotel resorts for a nice walk. Fire pits and beautiful gardens. My kids liked the pool. The nice weather helped.

Very nice Cliff Hotel on the beach. Luxury facility. Beautiful view from the window to the ocean! Nice restaurant nearby. Very nice stay, unfortunately only for one night. We would like to stay longer. Rich breakfast!

    - free parking and breakfast - plenty of seating areas around the resort - nice variety of spas including ones suitable for kids (we were travelling with one). - large room, top floor on the tower furthest from the roof top deck...which meant there was little foot traffic. (Also a negative as we were so far from everything). - beach front access. - definitely looked like one of the nicest resorts in Pismo. - nice to have a balcony with a glimpse of the ocean.

We were thrilled with the location of the resort room, which faced out with the setting sun each night. The room decor was exceptional, as well as the very generous breakfast. The overall stay was exceptional, and we have already decided to book a room with our dogs for next year.

The location was ideal. We could walk out the door and down steps to the beach! We also were one block from the fun downtown, shops, and restaurant area. Other motels to the north may be more fancy, but they didn't have easy access. Parking was good at the resort, even during the busy weekend. We liked the ALL DAY COFFEE in the office and the small bag breakfast snacks with 2 muffins and a granola bar. The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach walks both directions from the motel were ideal.

The ocean views are fantastic! I had requested a cheese & meat platter that was delicious and it was already in the fridge upon early check in. The resort grounds are very well kept and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
