This is a very mid-level hotel, but everything was very comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The location is across the street from the larger hot springs resort in the area and a short walk from downtown. The hot springs were amazing, and the facilities were very clean and enjoyable. We would definitely come back.
We had visited this property in January and enjoyed it a lot. Amazing spot to stay in Pagosa Springs with a Mountain View, 15 minutes for Walmart and 15 for Pagosa Springs Thermal Resort. Highly recommend to hike on the Piedra river trail - 20 mins from the property.
If you are visiting this area during winter - be prepared for heavy snowfalls by cleaning the driveway :)
We really enjoyed the mineral springs pool and hot tub. The pool area was kept very clean and Healing Waters Resort is in the middle of the quaint town of Pagosa Springs amongst the San Juan River and the public springs. The river walk, shops and restaurants were just steps from the resort. We would definitely stay again when we return to Pagosa Springs 👍
Close to the river! Take the opportunity to float down the river and enjoy the natural hot springs off the river. No reason to pay more for the more expensive resort near by.
Resort walking distance to town, room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Big, spacious, and clean apartment, very helpful staff. It has many amenities available. The property is located very close to the hot springs (The Springs Resort). 100% recommended if travelling to Pagosa springs.
