I liked the studio room we stayed in and I loved the arcade and other amenities!
Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Set back from the main road, the resort is private and quiet. The indoor pool was clean and well sticked with pool towels. We were not aware of the miniature golf nor the Frisbee golf course available, so that was a nice surprise. The continental breakfast was also good.
The location is excellent, staff are very friendly, and the pool area is very nice. Our Mountain View room was beautiful. The resort does a nice breakfast. We have been staying here for years and will continue to come back to the Fox Ridge.
The location is the only plus. There are lots of restaurants and outlet shopping. Also, there are ski resorts nearby along with snowmobile rentals. There are MANY better hotels, please choose one of them and NOT STAY HERE
It's a beautiful resort, the majestic mountains are beautiful as you stroll around Fox Ridge. We enjoyed the hot coffee, and the breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we asked questions or needed something for our room.
Never, in my almost 50 years of travel, have I ever encountered a friendlier, more helpful staff! Also, the in is right on Cranmore Mountain immediately next to the resort. The facilities seemed brand new and the design of the rooms was excellent. The HVAC system was thermostatically controlled by a wall fixture.
Lack of maintenance was apparent out door pool needed cement repaired bordering the pool
The pool deck needed attention to.
They need to paint the outside of resort.
Rugs in hallway were relatively new but again no cleaning schedule was apparent.
There needs to be on going repairs and a plan to get this resource back in shape.
The location is great, and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. . The staff on check-in were great, very pleasant, and friendly . Nice to have 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool. Breakfast was pretty good. The resort is very clean.
Breakfast was awesome and plenty, the staff was very nice polite and helpful, even allowed us to use the Dining area for eating outside restaurant ordered food(dinner) and use resort plates etc.
