Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Amazing location - obviously not luxury but very reasonable, clean and everything you need for a base - great air con and very satisfactory "semi private" bathrooms that you use the room key to access and use privately but are along one corridor along from the room. Occasionally you might have to wait when it's peak time for showers but not long!
Great location! Came for work and was close to downtown but a much calmer, less vray part of town with great food and attractions nearby. Staff were friendly and the included breakfast is a big plus compared to other hotels!
Also a great view of the Empire State Building from my room on the 9th floor.
Hyatt Place alao doesn’t charge a resort fee which a lot of others do but don’t advertise on Booking so sou get shocked randomly when checking in!
The location was great. Only a couple of streets from a whole lot of attractions like Time Square and the Rockefeller Center and a subway about 200m down the street. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, which is a luxury in NYC.
Good location with enough transport options, close to trains. Easy f&b and grocery options nearby. Comfortable bed, many tv channels with streaming services. Daily housekeeping was sufficient. Supply of toiletries. Complimentary benefits included with the daily resort fee was very useful. Friendly and helpful staff and customer service. Airport transfer option with competitive pricing compared to ride share services. Didn’t have issues with slow lifts or noise from the club like some other reviewers.
I loved the location in such a vibrant neighborhood and the fantastic shower. It was right out of a luxury suite. Also, considering the skyrocketing prices of NY hotels, it was a bargain.
Location was fantastic and the staff were so helpful friendly and professional.
Very quiet for Manhatten and rooms were very well sized again for New York. Aveda toiletries which was a nice luxury.
Although located very close to extremely noisy Time Square, it was very quiet. Luxury vibes and attention to details. Really appreciated the umbrella available in the room since it rained unexpectedly during our stay.
Decoration of the room is trendy and all amenities are there, even in a small room.
Fast speed wifi and complimentary bottled water at the lobby (all inclusive with the hotel resort fee). I would prefer to opt out of it. 2nd day check-in staff is more accommodating and switch our room.
