The property was dreadful the room was dirty there was mould in the bathroom the shower Handle fell off the shower head was so loose it was hanging on the carpet had iron marks on and although it was a non smoking room there were cigarette burns in the curtains the room was very dirty the connecting rooms were only one door and very very noisy it was so bad we checked out 2 days early as we were leaving the lamp at the side of the bed shade fell off as it as no screws tokeep it on the fridge door did not fit properly and the seal was all broken my husband is diabetic And we had to buy a cool box to keep his meds cool we asked if the pool was heated and we were told it was only to find out at our petrel it wasn’t the waitress in the breakfast room had a t shirt on that didn’t cover her stomach and as she was a large lady all you could see was her stretch marks it was not something you need to see at breakfast I have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels before and I am a Hilton Honors member but never had I seen or stayed at one as bad as this the person on the desk Tiffany was probably the most rudely person I have met

We liked the location and the layout of the unit. It's bright and cheerful and provides everything for cooking meals. Although we were in a unit away from the beach, we could still see the ocean. The beautiful beach is right there and we walked it many times over 7 days

the grounds were very clear. Every day we saw people working. The pool was large and wonderful. We loved the boardwalk around the resort. This was our 2nd trip to Oeanwalk and we will make it an annual trip.
Very happy with the location and value. Ocean front with beach access close by. Resort was clean, with very accessible, friendly staff. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels and chairs. Flagler Ave is within walking distance for breakfast and shopping, but we drove there for dinner.
It is an older resort but the rooms and facilities were clean, the location is perfect and the price was excellent. Such a bargain. We will book again for sure.

The Islander is an awesome, family friendly resort! It is a place you can vacation as a family WITHOUT all the teenagers and partying that goes on other places. Our family loves the Islander and the Islander staff!
