The property itself is large with a few restaurants and arcade , including a waterpark.I think the concept of the place is great however, the cleanliness staff and restaurants are not worth the stay.Upon arrival I was told that the main pipes have blown and none of the water slides will be open I didn’t have the option to reschedule parking was waived because of the inconvenience which is about 25 $ a day .When I the waterpark I brought with me clothing for my children to warm up with .I placed them on a chair but once everyone for rush out the water park near closing time the workers throw guest belongings out.I asked and looked for my items workers looked bothered and didn’t seem to know where any was

Everything about this resort was superb. The staff were incredible at every turn, from the welcome we received upon check in to the last second of departure, the restaraunts were incredible, especially Melissa at Guy Fieri's. I cannot find one negative experience. Valet was included in our stay, and they were phenomenal. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for our vehicle.
I absolutely love the pool in the resort. I can't be in the direct sunlight so having an indoor pool surrounded by windows makes you feel like you are still outside.
Great that it’s an adult only. Valet was amazing. Lisa was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise. Never had a valet know what she knows of the area and the resort she works for. Please give her a raise.
My husband and I really enjoyed Paradise Stream Resort! Check in was very smooth! The staff in the Restaurant was awesome! Great customer service! Had a great time with the DJ on Friday night. He shouted my husband and I out for our anniversary! And played our wedding song! We will definitely be going back!
OMg I don't kno where to start . everything was beautiful the staff was so nice the service was top tier the food was so yummy I love it I love it I am highly recommended this resort it worth the money
Breakfast was a bonus, nice, I only wish there was a choice offered between pork sausage or turkey sausage. as it was only pork that was offered..the rest of the varieties were nice..a pleasant start to the day...
we also liked the fact that the hotels location was only 7minutes from the Kalahari Resorts.
We were basically alone in our part of the resort.
