Everything about this resort was superb. The staff were incredible at every turn, from the welcome we received upon check in to the last second of departure, the restaraunts were incredible, especially Melissa at Guy Fieri's. I cannot find one negative experience. Valet was included in our stay, and they were phenomenal. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for our vehicle.

The staff were helpful and attentive. We arrived very late and the evening staff were great. Shout out to Melanie who actually looked thoroughly when I inquired about a lost item and it was found. Great that it’s an adult only. Valet was amazing. Lisa was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise. Never had a valet know what she knows of the area and the resort she works for. Please give her a raise.
My husband and I really enjoyed Paradise Stream Resort! Check in was very smooth! The staff in the Restaurant was awesome! Great customer service! Had a great time with the DJ on Friday night. He shouted my husband and I out for our anniversary! And played our wedding song! We will definitely be going back!

Breakfast was a bonus, nice, I only wish there was a choice offered between pork sausage or turkey sausage. as it was only pork that was offered..the rest of the varieties were nice..a pleasant start to the day...
we also liked the fact that the hotels location was only 7minutes from the Kalahari Resorts.
The resort was absolutely beautiful. We rented the lake view suite. The suite was nice, we had a “private” balcony but not really because everyone could see you.
