The Casino and Resort were very nice and clean. The staff was professional, polite and helpful. We would love to stay there again, just make sure there will not be a festival with LOUD music right outside the window.

If you didn’t want to go anywhere else in Miami, you would have to. They have a restaurant, a cafe, and a bar. They have a pool where they provide sunblock and after sun- in addition to towels. They set up your lounge chair in the pool area and at the beach! Umbrella rentals are $27 for the day- even if you leave and come back. It’s all on file. They also serve drinks and food to you at the beach and pool. There is also a really nice spa. I did not use the fitness area.

My stay at The Ritz was near perfect. The service and staff from the reception to the restaurants (shoutout to Gobi!) to the beach staff and cleaning crews went above and beyond for us. I required some accommodations due to health issues and they were able to make me as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you to everyone who took care of us. The hotel itself is small and very easy to get around, it’s super clean and overall beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Location was great as close to lots of restaurants and bars. Facilities on the resort were very good. We especially enjoyed the free classes and the large swimming pool. The restaurant served good food and were very friendly.
We enjoyed our beds which were very comfy and the apartment was a great size.
I loved the resort vibe this hotel has. I felt like our vacation had already started even though we were only there for 1 night. I loved how big the balcony was and the size of the King suites.
