I’m loving the helpful nice staff, cleanliness, and quality of hotel/ resort. Booking was very easy and informative staff helps me when I had any questions they were glad to answer them.
Really excellent location!! Also lots of parking, very nice bar downstairs with great staff. The lady who checked us in was also very sweet and helpful and went the extra mile for us. Big comfy bed and big TV were nice. Massive shower with a seat was a luxury.
We were visiting our son’s family in Lancaster for the holidays and booked a room for our daughter and her family at the Eden Resort and Suites. When we went to check them in we discovered that it was the poshest place we have ever seen in the entire area! Their double queen room was not only spacious and luxurious, but also overlooked the large indoor pool. (No wonder it smelled distinctly of chlorine.) We will probably stay there ourselves some future time that we come… and will be sure to bring our swimsuits!
The resort was bigger and nicer than what I assumed. Upon arrival we were amazed at how nice and clean and welcoming the resort was. Our room had enough beds that everyone was bale to sleep in their own beds and the room was roomy enough that we didn't feel as if we was under each other. Breakfast was really good, we did the buffet for $18pp and ate until we couldn't eat anymore. Definitely going back want to experience it all, without rain this time.
We didn't get to eat at the on-site restaurants as we had minimal time and didn't get to explore the whole resort . Due to the last minute plans and for where
we planned to go, the cost was a bit more than we had expected to spend, but it was pleasingly enjoyable. Some of my family got to enjoy the pool, but that was the extent of our short visit.
Rules didn’t make any sense. Kids were not allowed in the hot tubs and blamed Pa regulations which we all know is bs!! We go
To Kalahari on a regular !! This made our stay extremely hard. My son is 10 yrs old and on the spectrum. He didn’t understand why he couldn’t . It’s a kids hotel not a resort
