The peacefulness experienced. It was amazing to sit by the firepits in the early evening and take in the quiet stillness of Lake George. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We did stay off season, so some amenities were closed. All closures were listed so we knew this before arriving.

The resort was clean, and the staff were friendly. Walking to and from the beach area was a little taxing due to the resort being on a hill. We rented one of the kayaks at the beach and it was fun!
The cottage was as advertised with the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom adequate for our family. The pool was heated and conveniently located next to our cottage. The few requests for additional hangers, a second blanket, fixes to the fan in one bedroom, the main door plate needing a screw to hold it in place, and adjusting the air conditioner diverter plate outside, were quickly addressed by the resort staff. The lake beach was much liked by our grandsons, and the kayak rental was a nice way to enjoy the lake.
I have visited numerous resorts, and I must say that Depe Dene went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was exceptional and extremely attentive to our needs. The beach area was a fantastic spot to unwind and offered plenty of room for the children to enjoy. My family and I are already making plans to come back next year! This is a destination that should not be overlooked.
It was a good family resort especially for the kids. The lake was great and the pool was clean. I like the fact that you could bring your own drinks and food. The fireworks display was great.
Beautiful property with private dock and beach! Loved being able to use to kayaks and paddle boards provided by the resort. Staff was great, very responsive.
The pool and beach area are wonderful along with the cafe and bar. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. A fantastic family resort.
