Cape Codder Resort & Spa, hotel in Hyannis

Located 3.7 mi from Kalmus Beach in Hyannis, Massachusetts, this resort features a 30,000 square foot indoor water park (additional admission fees apply), on-site dining, and a full-service spa.

We liked the location, the ability to get food nearby, like, Dunkin.Donuts, Mike's Pizza and Gannons. The outdoor pool was nice, although the website said heated pool and it wasn't . The arcade helped to pass some time. Thr Water Park was nice one evening but closed the other 2 days for maintenance.

The Courtyard resort is not a modern hotel/ condo, however it’s still in a good condition with lots of helpful extras as fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location is a big plus as well.
