The property was enormous and clean for the most part. The staff was extremely attentive to the guests' needs. Food was absolutely amazing!!!

I really liked the location as it was situated around buses and lots of restaurants, various kinds of shops, malls and theme parks. I also really liked the staff at the front desk and room service as they were very friendly and helpful to the max and answered all my questions to the best of their abilities.

The room is very outdated. AC machine was in desperate need of an update. Apparently if you shower with the bathroom door open you trigger the alarm, this has never happened to me before.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
The location of the resort was beautiful. Grounds were exceptional and many amenities to enjoy! The food and beverage service were exceptional. Natalie always had a friendly smile and very courteous even tho she was very busy.
The resort was beautiful! Our room was clean, updated and had a relaxing balcony facing the ocean. We had plenty of updated outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was spacious. They provided complimentary water bottles in the room. We chose this hotel because it was within 30-45 minutes to Disneyland and Santa Monica Pier. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We wish we would have more time to enjoy all that this resort has to offer.
Great location, great trendy hotel with lots of extras and services provided, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is great too.
Although you do pay for the extra services via a daily resort fee of $40, which is ok if you take advantage of them and we did, for the beach, evening smores round the fire pit, and scooters and bikes.
Definitely enjoyed our stay. Resort feel with fun extras… like a record player in room and s’mores by the fire pit. Free bike rentals to ride along the beach. Complimentary happy hour. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Room was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. Bathtub was huge! Restaurant and breakfast was delicious!

Loved the location, right across from the beach and down the street to shopping.The meals we had in the resort were all really good. The pool for the kids was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
All in all, a nice resort. Big. Felt like going from one end of a Vegas resort to the other, minus the smoke and slot machines. There’s food options and a couple little stores. If you don’t want to leave the resort, there’s no need.
