This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that we can't play the rides in the cold weather. The room is spacious and the balcony is nice. The room next door was very noisy the night we stayed there, and the sound was too loud! It brought us a very bad mood!

Loved all the slides. My kids played the whole day. The kids little water park was also lots of fun. The rooms were clean. There was popsicle patrol and lots of activities planned to do everyday.

The location was great, the staff were the best. Decent parking, and a nice breakfast. They had live music on the front porch, and a great traditional resort lodge feel.
We ended up at the back of the resort. And the view was phenomenal. The condo we had was super clean. The full kitchen plus washer and dryer were very convenient. The pools were never overcrowded and everyone was very friendly. The place was only about 10mins away from a grocery store. We also appreciated the pools, hot tub, basketball, and ping pong table. It was worth the price. The bear running amuck on the property was an added bonus.
This resort was everything we could have hoped for. It really felt like being at a tropical resort in the middle of the Smokey Mountains. What a perfect combination. The staff was so friendly and the drinks and food were delicious.
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The design of the indoor pool and area was very unique! There is plenty of parking even for larger vehicles. Although it is an older resort, the facilities and our room were very clean and comfortable. Its location near the entrance to the National Park made it a perfect choice. We were there during the week so not too crowded. The trolley is available to get around town so you don't have to drive and pay to park. Great value!
Great location, room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast. We don’t go to resort towns to eat at the motel but I will say it looked fine. Will stay here again
