Front entrance feels like private resort. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Beautiful large high ceiling resort fireplace lounge where breakfast is located.
I was glad they had a few breakfast items for sale. Loved that they kept the "resort water" full at all times. The staff was excellent, so pleasant and helpful.
This place is amazing! It is made for dog owners. The rooms were spotless and aesthetically pleasing. We got a vibe that we have never gotten in decades. People wanted to hang out at the hotel. A pool, cornhole, bocce, hammocks, seating areas, and a pet park exist. It is a little resort where you can spend your entire day if you want. We can't wait to go back!
The resort was very clean and inviting, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room that was very nice and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had nice large shower. We had a lot of fun in the casino. We didn't eat there much but the food I the restaurants was very good especially Zeinth! I definitely wouldn't have an issue staying there again.
Honestly one of my favorite places in Arizona. Cozy intimate small resort. Perfect for families or couples. Been here every season and it’s always wonderful. The North Pole Experience the hotel hosts is out of this world.
Loved this resort hotel. Beautiful grounds that were nicely decorated for Christmas. Magical. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were so nice and clean. We even enjoyed shopping at the gift shop. The restaurant had good food. Nice atmosphere too. Overall, it was a great stay.
It’s a fantastic facility. The casino is spacious and the mix of slot machines is top tier. The food at 2 restaurants I patronized was delicious and reasonably priced. Every single staff member I spoke to was friendly, gracious, and eager to assist. I will be going to this resort for years to come.
The owner Sonja was great. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her sheets and towels are exceptional, better than some I have had a luxury hotels in Europe. She provided a small folding table and chairs so we could work and eat in the room. Close to a wide variety of restaurants close by and the historic part of Flagstaff is a comfortable walk.
The location is close to the highway and south rim. With some late night restaurants and gas stations close by. The resort itself has walking and small hiking loops. Amazing wifi. The place is very clean and the staff is courteous.
