Liked the free upgraded room, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was scenic, and close to the ski resorts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy peasy. Tv worked great. Also, the resort lobby was nicely decorated.

The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Very quiet and very relaxing.

I liked that there was multiple rooms instead of staying in a hotel where there is no space.
There are multiple outdoor activities to do off the resort which was nice since the resorts amenities only operate on the weekend.
I made a reservation and showed up to check in at 4:00 PM. The lobby door was locked and the entire resort was empty. Not one person anywhere. There was a sign to call a number for an emergency. I called several times. No response in two hours. I had to check into another place for the evening. I am requesting that Booking.com refund me
