Gigantic room and excellent value. The reception staff was VERY professional - the arrival provided a sense of luxury though I looked completely out of place after a day of trekking. Only stayed for one night, but The Cove at Yarmouth would suit better for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities and activities.

Liked the vibe of the resort - the courtyard was perfect for families with children and the gatherings every evening with live music was great. The room was clean, view was beautiful. Pool water was warm. Location convenient to exploring the Cape.

The bedroom was small and inconveniently placed at the entrance, however the living room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. It’s location is right on the water. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.
The resort is in a great location and is very spacious - especially good for families. The pull out sofa was extremely nice, better than the typical sofa bed. Location is great right on the beach!
