The location to the beach is the only good thing. Everything else was basic or worse.
coffee was basic, shower was hot but that should should be a given.
they had beach towels but that too, should be a given. I don't want to give credit for things that any hotel much less a "resort" should have. I will not stay here anymore. Employees look to be nice enough but they are doing as much as they can do.

Staff was super friendly , the first thing I noticed when we got there was the pleasant smell thru all the resort , it was very clean and pleasant. It made a difference, everyone was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to book another stay .
I love the location of the resort along with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff member that checked us in on Saturday night greeted us very friendly and was very helpful. Also, having the restrooms in the lobby was very convenient after taking a long walk on the beach.
Great location close to seawall, pool cleanliness and water temperature, great poolside bar, nice elegant hotel lobby, helpful and friendly staff. It really feels like a resort.
The location is perfect. On the beach right beside the USS Lexington. The ramp to go up to the ship is just next to the resort. Perfect view of the beach, ocean and a bit of history.
I loved lively beach beach because it had everything you could ask for! the beach. a pool. a fire pit. bbq’s available to use! pool has great music. we felt like it was our private resort! if I come back to Texas that’s where I would definitely stay again! and I will recommend it for sure!
