I love this hotel! The staff was very friendly and professional. Our suite was very large and even had two big TVs! The bathroom was very clean and even had the Dove toiletries that you need. We just wish the ice machine had been working on our floor. The hot breakfast was delicious! It was nice to have the little store to buy water and sodas. It is a great location by the Charlotte Airport! The room was nicer than the resort we stayed at in Asheville!! We would definitely come back again!
I come to charlotte often and visit but this hotel / resort top the cake I was very pleased with my stay. Everything is walking distance. I will most definitely be back.
