Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Staff is super friendly. Although I had to ask for the roll-away that was supposed to be in our room and the parking pass for the garage (both of which I had previously paid for) when we checked in.

I had selected double beds when booking, but when I got there they only gave me a single (not the properties fault, I blame booking.com for that one), they did not have double beds left even though that what was I had booked, the clerk ended up giving me a suite with double beds making it right, so that was nice of him!

Bathroom was terrible, tile floor coming up and you stepped on broken tile, towel rack was falling off the wall. The kids bottom bunk bed had blood on the sheets, air conditioning leak inside so the floor was wet. Trash was left on bunk from the last guest

Great family friendly stay. The restaurant was very good,but the service at the restaurant could have been better. The rooms in the two bedroom cottage were very large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. Great resort amenities like two swimming pools and playgrounds.
Our family has been going to the Cottage Resort for a long time. We love the location. It is close to the water and not too far from Branson. Also, pet friendly.
Our stay was wonderful they had a ton of amenities at the resort that we will be taking advantage of next time we visit. I love the fact that they had pools all over so could swim wherever we wanted to. It was 5 mins from the strip great for getting around and shopping etc.
The resort hotel was nice, people were friendly, room was clean, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in this same hotel last year, so we decided to come back and stay this year, and we had a great time, We would recommend, Thousand Hills Resort Hotel, to anyone going to Branson MO.
We liked the spacious cabin. It was comfortable and decorated well. Also like where the resort was located. Not too far away from all the action but yet secluded to where it was quiet . Really liked the restaurant/bar located at the big pool. Overall, would stay again when we go back.
The location was pretty good. Not far from the main strip. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super fast. Marketplace was okay for not having a usable restaurant but wish they had more food options available. Happy they had laundry facilities on site. It wasn't busy at all when we went which we were very thankful for! Overall we really liked the resort!
