The rooms (apartments) are comfortable and space, the kitchen is fully equipped and we were given another hour to stay (bc of the daylight saving time). 5 minutes drive to Sunday River Ski resort. Cosy beds!
That our room was really 2 bedroom apt. The Austria equivalent is 2 stats or more. Moderate but good with full kitchen couch big dining table. Staff replaced broken microwave is an hour. 2 miles from ski resort.
The owners, they are brilliant hostages. Location is also top, as it is close to restaurants and to the sky resort. We went there with our infant (6 months) and i don’t have words to express how well they treated us providing a crib and all facilities (room on the 1st floor, nanny to stay on the common areas, fridge for baby bottles). This is the second time we came here, and we will repeat!!
The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. In location to the town and shops it was easy to reach.
Owners very friendly and helpful. Decent sized pool and the resort has a laundry facility. It was an ideal mid point location for a stopover on our route.
Not a high end resort, but a comfortable clean family friendly motel. Beds were very comfortable. Accommodations were spacious with room for at least 6 people. Living room was small but couches were pull out beds, and TV was adequate to catch up on the news. The kitchen was functional enough we could have made all our meals there. Dining table was a nice big family style. The pool and hot tub were a nice alternative activity when it was raining. It was perfect for our short family getaway.
We had a wonderful stay and felt very cozy the entire stay. The Inn keepers, John & Jeanette, are extremely hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. Great proximity to the Sunday River ski resort (just 10 minute drive) and we loved staying in the quaint town of Bethel. Lots of great dining spots to choose from. Our favorites were the Butcher Burger and Suds Pub, both recommended by John. We had the most amazing breakfasts each morning as well. We would definitely return.
The apartment was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen for us to make meals. Beds were comfortable. They even left a light on inside for our arrival after dark and the heat was on. : ) It was very convenient to Sunday River Ski Resort. We are hoping to return to hike nearby trails spring-fall.
