I really liked the location as it was situated around buses and lots of restaurants, various kinds of shops, malls and theme parks. I also really liked the staff at the front desk and room service as they were very friendly and helpful to the max and answered all my questions to the best of their abilities.

The room is very outdated. AC machine was in desperate need of an update. Apparently if you shower with the bathroom door open you trigger the alarm, this has never happened to me before.

The property was enormous and clean for the most part. The staff was extremely attentive to the guests' needs. Food was absolutely amazing!!!

Such a beautiful property!!! We loved the location of the hotel, the room was beautiful and clean, the facilities were amazing and staff were friendly and accommodating!! The spaces were not crowded and we felt like it was full resort experience!
We chose this place for close proximity to Disneyland Resort. It is in walking distance to the park. It is very lit up, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The amount you pay to stay at this location is very budget friendly.
The beds & pillows were sooo comfy. The resort was clean & secure. The walk to Disneyland was under 10 minutes. Closet had Room for the stroller. Couldn't hear the highway unless there were sirens.
The hotel was very nice , the room was extremely clean and staff was very accommodating, I can recommend the Westin to everyone, rates where better than the Disney resort
