The location and view on the ocean are the best! Beautiful light all along the day. The pool is nice too when not crowded, and the chairs on the beach are definitely a bonus.

The assistance was poor and we had major problems coming back at night and keys not working and nobody being there.
They don't answer the phone and don't even listen to the answering machine.
Also: the cost is absolutely not proportioned to the level of the hotel.

I was told the day before my reservation at 3pm via text that this property won’t be open so they just decided to put me at there sister property not “ would that be okay to move you to a different resort “ just told that’s were they are putting us !
We loved staying at the ocean vista resort. It was clean, the management was amazing, especially pam! They were so kind and the hotel was in a great location - super close to downtown MTK. They had a great beach area as well!! 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be staying there again. ☺️
