I was told the day before my reservation at 3pm via text that this property won’t be open so they just decided to put me at there sister property not “ would that be okay to move you to a different resort “ just told that’s were they are putting us !
We loved staying at the ocean vista resort. It was clean, the management was amazing, especially pam! They were so kind and the hotel was in a great location - super close to downtown MTK. They had a great beach area as well!! 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be staying there again. ☺️
We had an absolutely lovely stay other than our experience dealing with the resort's manager who was nothing but rude and dismissive to both my husband and I when he overcharged our credit card approximately $800.00. We were forced to spend our car ride home contacting the property's management team to get it sorted out because Milton was so unhelpful and rude.
