The girl who checked us in at the reception desk was very good. We arrived on July 17. She made sure our bags were safe and she helped us with our luggage. She was so nice. She deserves a raise!
The restaurant was good also. I had one of the best beef cheeseburgers ever!

It's very nice and safe resort, it's really ok for Uganda standards, I have liked and enjoyed a lot, there is access to Nile river and also Bangee jumps right at the river also rooms have been very big
The rooms we booked staff gave it to others.... Facilities that they show on site wasn't available plus they charge us for the services that they never provided.... Like AC, Balcony, Heater for hot Water..... And many other stuff. Literally we had to fight for just asking a fan in the rooms...... Worst experience ever we had in Garden Source Resort
Location was best but resort made our experience worst. I would never recommend this resort to any one......
The beautiful view, the food, the atmosphere and the room was very satisfying. The staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we will return if we visit Uganda another time. We highly recommend Jinja Nile Resort Hotel.
Manish is a manager there of Indian ethnicity. He was spectacular. He accommodated our booking and payment needs and I don't think I have ever encountered a hotel manager who is as good as he is at his job. I was very impressed and hope to see him next time I am in Jinja.
The views, the rooms, and Manish (along with some other staff) were standout aspects of this resort.
