The staff are very kind and arranged very quick laundry service, transport and tours with a reasonable price.

Kisiwa is a self-identified luxury hotel, offering facilities and services commensurate with its price. The facility is new, clean, and adequately staffed for the number of clients. The food is also good. Not so much that I will definitely visit again next time. I have no particular complaints, but I was persistently asked for feedback, which I will provide below.
Everything. Especially the inclusive brunch everyday. Location was great, away from the loud area in the center of town and loud beach resorts, but still easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful decor and room decorations and amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room service each day. Filtered water! Save on plastics! Reliable WiFi.
All, i was second time in this hotel, it is a very modern resort and staff is incredible. Also the dutch owners are very competently. I can fully recommend this hotel. I will miss this place right now.
Nice resort, clean and very close to the beach. Staff is helpful with everything and Miro the manager is super. Dorm is comfortable and there are common areas to relax or chill.

This resort is a gem! Perfectly located with stunning views and an array of activities like horse riding, kite surfing, and a well-equipped gym. The staff is outstanding, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!
Please keep in mind: this is not the 5* Hilton, it is much closer to the beach than any luxury resort (and of course much cheaper).
Breakfast is delicious, fruit smoothies are superb and the houses are sooo cute. No insects, clean, bathroom is big enough and you don‘t need to wear any shoes: From your house through the restaurant until beach.
Restaurant menu is great for vegetarians!
Shower is warm enough! But save water wherever you are on this island!
