Beautiful hotel and the staff were nice but not annoyingly nice which I prefer. We were the only guests for over a day. The location is not on the beach, but on the other side of the road. The food was good compared to regular food you get in Zanzibar (not the best). We loved the outdoor shower in our room!

It's a very cozy place. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and more. There's a nice pool in the middle, a lounge place and each room has its own little outside sofa or chairs. The landlords are really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this place

We love fun beach hotel. This was our second staying and it is lovely. Nice accommodation, breakfast, and restaurant. Located in the quietest area in Paje Beach. There were no vendors trying to sell us things like there were a quarter mile up the beach. We stayed in the grand villa on the beach with a private soaking pool. The room was magnificent. Huge and pristinely clean. The entire property looked brand new. I'm guessing this has to be among the nicest, if not the nicest, properties in Paje. Guests were out numbered by staff, and the staff attended to our every need.

A beautiful beach on a quieter part of the island, which suits those looking for a totally relaxing break. Fall asleep on crisp sheets (pillowcases changed daily) listening to the sound of the waves.. utter bliss!

The all inclusive was a great deal! The food was on the top 🍉🍍🥐🍗🥞🍕🍟🧁, a lot of varieties.
I enjoyed the red monkeys coming everyday on my terrace.
The white sand and the sea offering a beautiful scenery, and bringing an instant peace of mind&soul.
We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Moon Resort. The property is clean and has a friendly and proactive staff team who made sure that we were comfortable at all times. We also had a good time at the spa, which is located close to the beach. On our second day, we upgraded to the luxury pool room, and we enjoyed that it had a gate that we could close and have complete privacy.
The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away form the Jambiani beach. We had several restaurants around, on the beach and in the village. We came with a rental car and could easily park.
I enjoyed the proximity with local life, far from the big beach resorts. Amka House offers a great comfort with a local life feeling.
I thank deeply the manager for her good advice about visits and nice discussion about local life.
Also the breakfast was great with a plate of local fresh fruits, a fresh fruit juice, pancakes and omelet.

It feels like a luxury resort in the Bahamas, pool, great breakfast buffet, very well equipped rooms, and very helpful staff. Of course, it is on the beach...
The resort is so gorgeous! The views surrounding the entire property were amazing. We had the all-inclusive package and the food at the buffet was great, a very wide variety of foods, and all super fresh. We stayed in the beachfront villa and the room was simple but good and had air conditioning. It is not as if you spend much time in the room anyway. The villas have their own private beach lounge chairs too.
We have no words to describe how amazing our time at the Dhow Resort was. The front beach resort has a fantastic view but the better part of it is the staff. They are super careful, proactive and kind. The resort has security all the time, so safety was not at all a concern for us. We really recommend the restaurant as well as.
Very nice and beautiful location. Quiet and luxury like resort. Compared to other hotels in this region you have a “garden” with swimmingpool in between your room and the beach which makes it even more private but still very well connected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Pool is nice to have especially when the tide is low. We are happy to have stayed here and will come back when in Zanzibar next time.
