Big resort, great options for food. Really helpful staff. Manager also a nice guy as they did not see a lot of western tourist there. Bit off season so many of the pools but the main one was closed (also hot springs at that pool). Short ride to taroko

This hotel is magical! I got to immerse in nature while being properly pampered. The food is gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and the spa is absolutely top notch! What I love most is the staff. Caring, warm, and professional. I only spent two days here but I know it will become a big part of my memory for this year. It’s so worth it and I can’t recommend it enough!

It is a luxury boutique resort. The owner invested every area from service to hardware. Breakfast was great, and surprised me when it provided such high quality of fruits. Loved background music from Jazz to soothing music.
Room size is immeasurable, far above BnB standard. It provides toothbrush, slipper, and Locctane products and etc. Coffee and tea maker are available. I used bicycles to tour the entire city.
BTW, TV channels such as France 24, DW, CNN, CNBC are available, a A+ channel setup.
