4th time in Samara and we loved it as before. Extremely kind staff throughout the resort. Guys and girls working in the restaurant do their up most to accommodate every wish and always smiling. Excellent service in all areas of the hotel. We had a very warm welcome and upgraded room when we arrived. Quality of food is excellent and so much variety. Our room was very clean and nicely renovated.

I am from Nepal. Pure vegetarian. We were there for 3 nights , couldn't eat anything apart from salads, chai, and that red sauce pasta for 3 consequent meals for 3 continuous days.
Not worth the money if you are pure vegetarian.
The guest relation coordinator was very helpful, but the chefs couldn't understand anything.

The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, we had an initial problem with the rooms but it was fixed and we had an upgrade
The beach was clean beautiful and gorgeous sea
The Restraunt’s food was excellent, and at the saygon mr Kaan was very helpful . Yousef also at guest relationship was very helpful
I would recommend the hotel especially all inclusive , so you don’t need to go outside for dinning

The Overall experience was amazing, it is one of the most well-managed resorts I've been to. Friendly staff, very good facilities, superb location and view, etc.
Every thing is very good in the resort, However the staff are beyond expectation. The speed, friendliness and help they provide is phenomenal. The beach is very good too. Breakfast is huge and different verities are there.
Ladies at the reception who checked us in were really nice in the way they greeted us. They showed an excellent example of Turkish hospitality. The resort is situated in a beautiful beautiful part of Bodrum. Sea and surrounding nature is just amazing. Food was always great and catered to all kinds of preferences. We had a vegetarian in our party and they were happy with the options. A great place for a chill, relaxed holiday.
Fantastic scenery with pristine sea. The resort offers very natural and luxurious tastes at the same time. All staff especially reception gives fantastic service and we’re planning to visit here once again for sure.
The overall standard of the property was really high- the ratio of the amount of space to the number of guests was excellent. The resort provided lots of excellent things to do, the rooms were well-provided, and the food varied and of high quality.
