This is definitely a very good hotel! Keep in mind that is small and it’s kinda a grown ups concept, but kids allowed. If you want to relax without kids around - will be challenging in July :)

Selection of food in the restaurants and the pool bars. The beach was close to the Hotel, we always find empty sunbeds, by the beach and pools. The entertainment and activities were great.

There was nothing not to like. Location, pools, staff, food, accommodation, animations, content for children, accessibility to shoping and old town, everything is perfect. Only drawback during our stay was very high humidity and temperature and not crystal clear sea water, but hotel can not fix that. However, they do offer part of the restaurant for families which is nicely air-conditioned.

Everything was amazing, starting from check-in until the check-out. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Relax pool staff : Lokman was making all visitors relax and fun while doing his job. Food, beach, poolside activities, live music were perfect. By the way, hotel has It's own beach in 2-3 minutes by hotel shattle bus every half an hour where also visitors can freely use beach bar, relax and swim, But little deep and vavy for small children, for adults is perfect. Near the hotel, many restorants and shops. There shopping Nova mall, Side beach, Side historic center, Amphiteatre and musium in 15-20 minutes from the hotel by bus just for 1 EUR for person ( children under 6 is free ). Overall, we liked our stay. That was not my first 5* hotel visit, but this one is most organised amoung of all. Thanks to all stall from stajeurs to high management.

It’s not like luxury hotel but it’s standard 5 star hotel. The food was nice but not something delicious. When you booking ultra all inclusive you expect normal alcohol. But unfortunately there is a few bottles of strong alcohol and only in lobby bar. Another bars have only low quality alcohol for the hotels.
Very friendly staff, most welcoming. The interior around reception and the bar was very nice. The location was OK. We made use of the Coppa beach club resort. We had a hire car so we did not have to use the free shuttle bus. The Coppa beach resort was excellent although a little pricy for food and drink. Beach beds and Umbrella were free.
The resort is renovated and is great to stay with kids. All inclusive really includes everything from food at the hotel to the beach. Staff were great and the daily room service was perfect.
The best part was definitely the food. One of the best All Inclusive food we ever had with Ala Carte Menu

I liked everything. Location, view, staff, food, drinks. This property is the best for people who care about location, staff and atmosphere. Rooms are very small but perfect for sleep and shower after beach - the best parts are outdoor! If you want luxury all inclusive hotel that’s not the place. If you want to stay in cozy place with amazing people - this is what you should book!
