Amazing hotel, rooms were spacious and very clean, stuff is very attentive and friendly. There are so many things to do that we were fully consumed by the hotel activities throughout our entire stay. Don't even get me started on the buffet, the variety, the quality, everything was perfect.
Special point goes to the sea, due to the beach hidden in a little lagoon, there is almost no waves even when the sea gets a bit stormy. The beach is super clean.
The hotel has entertainment every night and it was fun and engaging and high quality. There were sports classes and gym with enough equipment for a little workout. Definitely considering coming back to this hotel

Very nice location (close to the airport), beautiful nature around, super friendly staff (all of them seem to love kids!), shops inside the hotel if you forgot something or ran out (e.g. diapers or toys to play in the sand).
Our baby loved baby pool (15cm deep) and spent most of the time there splashing around.
Fruit and some snacks are on offer all the time 24x7!

I loved the facilities available such as archery, yoga, darts, volleyball etc. Enjoyed the hammam and the staff were all friendly. There were many swimming pools available and lounger chairs with parasols around the resort and on different levels. It therefore didn't feel crowded although the hotel was fully booked. I booked a daybed in the chill out zone which was fab, and comfortable. The room was very clean and I loved tge fact that the hotel was supporting the recycling of plastics and was environmentally and eco friendly.

Level of service was very high. From the reception personal, to the housekeeping, food serving people, service at bars and restaurants, activities and shuttles drivers. We were amazed by the generosity, will to help and professional manner everything was addressed.
The place is absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere at the main pools and bars, beach and open spaces. High level of cleaning and very good level of food. We enjoyed our stay very much and looking back for another trip.
This was excellent value for money apart hotel, couldn’t believe what we got for our one night stopover.

It exceeded my expectations. The all-inclusive meals were excellent, with enough variety that I didn't feel like I was eating the same thing every day. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The beach is absolutely perfect, with fine-grain sand and amazing warm water (for our early September stay). There are also a couple of nice pools to enjoy.
This is by far one of the best resorts I have ever been to!
The rooms, facilities, food, views, staff, pools and beach were just exceptional! We even saw turtles swimming in the sea!

So this location is superb and they've built a really nice resort to make justice to it. Nice private beach at the bottom of the rocky mountain, smiling staff trying their best to speak some english (everybody seems fluent in german though), nice rooms, nice view, nice Archery corner (with only 8 spots every day so you should be prepaired to book on the app at exactly 16:00), and a quiet place during the day.
The facility is exceptionally well managed. The view is excellent, the many lounges and bars are so comfortable, the greenery all around in the resort is amazing. Themes nights are good and the food is international buffet. The amazing staff is so welcoming and smiling all day. Live shows are so entertaining. The resort is a beachfront and the beach is very clean. Overall it's a good value for money and I would definitely visit again.

We ate at the hotel a number of times over the week and the food was excellent. Resort is small but we were after a relaxing week so ideal.
