The size of villa, luxury, private pool, amazing garden and lake view and the direct access to the lake, the promptness and readiness of staff, location in general, adequacy of Cooking and grilling tools and equipment. They supplied us with more than enough drinking water ..... sooo kind. The price per night is perfect.
The location, service, and atmosphere were excellent. The staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Hassan ,Ms. Fatma and Mr. Muzafer. This is by far the best resort in Sapanca.
Resort staff are super friendly, thanks to the reception staff as i had a problem with my bank card & they were super understanding & even let us check in without payment as we were traveling from long trip.
The food was amazing & variety of food, we love those friendly dogs welcoming the guests every morning.
This is my favorite resort in the area! It is very well maintained! The location is gorgeous: lake front/lake view rooms.

The territory of the place is green, clean, full of different things for leisure, plants. Real feeling of luxury village. Everything is close: restaurants, lake, grocery. Property staff is very kind and attentive. Breakfast is great. Everything actually is perfect. Even they were flexible when we postponed check out.
