Definitely hotel staff and people. Nice to see that everything is clean. The food is exceptional in every aspect. Perfect place for family vacation as well. I would like to mention couple staff names who were absolutely amazing, professional and went above all expectations: Memnune (Pier Bar), Seval (Restaurant manager), Umut (Main restaurant) and Kaya( Wabi-Sabi and Bistro snack)

The hotel is very good and comfortable with friendly, patient and helpful staff. The pools are big and well maintained. We were in the main building and it is very suitable for families with children. The food was variable and in big amount. The music of the parties was not too loud and they turned it off at 23:30, so we could sleep very well even though our room faced them
