Amazing choice of food and drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Each meal had a different theme and very delicious food. You could choose from a variety of drinks from the bar, with no limit.
The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. It was possible to order food for the room, even late at night and the mini bar was re-stacked frequently. The room had everything that was needed and anything not there could be ordered to the room.
The private beach, with a bar nearby was quite enjoyable.
In front of the reception, there is the guest relations with very friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. We especially recommend going with Elmira, who truly went out of her way to make sure this trip was flawless for us.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, with many restaurants and bars.
Shows were interesting and fun every day. There were live music every day abs most of the bands were very talaned and played good music. There were many entertaining programs also.
Hotel is wheelchair friendly and we could access almost everything there without any problem.
Staff is very polite and friendly, we had issue with reception, I will share info below, otherwise they were very nice, in the restaurants in the bars, cleaning ladies everyone were very attentive.
My family liked food very much, there was many and good ootions for meat lovers. Also sweets were very delicious, different almost every day and loads of options also here.

Its a great property with luxury stay, great food options and always smiling and willing to help staff members. One of the cleanest and new hotels in Lara with lots of entertainment for customers. Decent room sizes with a balcony overlooking the sea. Variety of cuisine options everyday with great quality and taste. I would definitely recommend Concorde if you are looking for an all inclusive hotels and resorts.
Amazing all inclusive resort with lots of facilities. While we went in winter their indoor pool really helped. Also their restaurant was great with a wide range of food options.
Great relaxing family resort. A good variety of all-inclusive food but could have been better. Different pools on site depending on if you wanted slides or quiet time. Also easy access to beach. Entertainment team held a number of sports events throughout the day such as water polo and beach volley ball. A very good relaxing time.
