The newly built building is on the second floor with an elevator, we did not meet the host, but he was very nice and friendly, we had all the facilities and the best quality detergents. It was exactly like the pictures. It is a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square. Only part of the road is uphill, which is difficult for the elderly. There is a supermarket and a fruit shop 40 steps from the apartment. We were very comfortable and we will come back here again, for everything. Thank you for the good and lovely host.

I loved the spacious rooms with elegant decor and the convenient location, just a short walk from major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Nadeem Haider, who provided outstanding service.
Staying at this hotel was beyond anything I could imagine. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff especially Burak, Yilmaz and Ceren did their job very well, they also incredibly attentive and made us feel like royalty. The rooms were spacious and equipped with luxury one could wish for.
The beds are very clean and soft, and there is a pleasant aroma in the lobby.

Affordable luxury at it's best! We've booked the queen suite room but to our surprise we've been upgraded to the king suite . Woww! The location of this accommodation was great if you are happy to walk a km or 2 to get to main tourist attractions. The price was pretty good. Its not a resort so if you want luxury and customer service don't book this place. It was clean enough for us not spotless but bedding was clean and we were happy. You do have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself but that didn't bother us. We did enjoy our stay.
Hotel staff is very professional, beautiful rooms, awsome spa resort with pool. breakfast is great. Location is great, 50 metars from tram station
