I don’t understand why people write so many bad things regarding this hotel. We have stayed the first week of October and I can say most of the things were perrfect. Our room has been cleaned everyday, breakfast and meals were quite good and since it was not so much crowded at that time, there was a very friendly atmosphere with the staff and other visitors. It was very nice to see the staff also eating the same foods in the same place with customers, liked it a lot! Water slides are performing so well and quite enough

Since we only stayed at the resort for just one day, i cannot provide good feedback for how the experience a full vacation would be. We found the reception staff welcoming and friendly, the rooms are good size, the sea and pool view is great. It's convening to be steps away from the beach. We found the food as being average. Overall, for us it was good value for money.

This is the second time I chose this hotel for my summer vacation. Probably there will be a third one :) People are so nice and welcoming, clean property, everything is just at the tip of your finger… I also love the food quality; usually all inclusive places have average taste foods but here everything you taste is very very delicious!
Our client relationship manager was very proactive, Ibrahim was great throughout the stay! He supported me change the room when to have something more accessible, restaurant booking, airport transfer etc… Great service, the food quality is also higher than other similar all inclusive hotels… Entertainment is also at a higher level thx to Muratt and his team… Compared to other places in Antalya and from nature beauty perspective Crystal Flora location is absolutely amazing
The staff, facility, food, bed, and cleanliness. It starts from the top down. I had the pleasure of meeting the management. Mr. Ilhan and Mr. Ibrahim. They were so professional and accommodating. Resort management can learn so much from their skills. Very impressive

2. **Friendly Staff**: The staff, though not very proficient in English, were exceedingly friendly and did their best to assist us. Their effort to help was genuinely appreciated.
3. **Clean Pools**: Both pools were well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience. This was one of the highlights of our stay.
The all inclusive resort was very comfortable and had all facilities. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. the heated outdoor swimming pool was a blessing in the month of May. The water sports activities were a bit pricey but you can negotiate.
The kids club was very helpful and the activities for kids was entertaining.
There were a lot of options for food. Desert table was endless.
All inclusive, one-stop shop for family needs in a breathtaking, natural surroundings by the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Rixy Kids Club truly is above and beyond typical holiday resorts, packed with fun activities and first class facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Moreover, my 5-year old daughter has had a whale of a time at The Land of Legends (!) - free shuttle bus service from Rixos Sungate and free entrance too as part of the hotel package.
