The guys in the food court and mini-bar were friendly and smiling the whole time. The activities that the Russian girl did during our stay, especially for the children.

The food in this hotel was top-notch, very clean, delicious, and fresh. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The pools were very clean and the water was crystal clear. The coffeeshops and little kiosks around the hotel were very fun to visit and had very good snacks.

The staff is exceptional, we traveled with our 2yr old and felt very welcome everywhere. She enjoyed the attention and the facilities as well. We only spent 4 nights and felt like we could have stayed there for 2 weeks without gerting bored.

If you are looking for something cheap, you should go to this resort, but if you want something luxurious, I do not recommend it at all. My experience with it was very bad. Unfortunately, my reservation at a very luxurious hotel ended, and I wanted to extend my reservation with them, but it was not available, so I opened the booking and searched for a resort for two nights, and nothing happened. I found a reservation available other than this resort in the area. First, we entered the hotel and the gate security prevented us from entering the car, saying that there was no room in the parking. We parked the car outside and entered, and there were many places available. Well, regardless of that, the reception staff were very bad in dealing. Their behavior is not appropriate for resorts at all. We spoke to one of them in English. He was not able to understand and speak in English, so he made us wait for 20 minutes. Then another employee came who spoke a little English. We told him we wanted to see the rooms before we checked in, and he said no, it is not possible. When we insisted on that, he said wait a little, and he also made us wait 20 minutes. After we were tired of waiting, we asked them what we were waiting for and what we could do. They said nothing, you just have to log in. We told them okay, we just want to take a tour to see the resort’s services and places, but they completely refused. They asked us to cancel the reservation. You can imagine a receptionist asking the client to cancel the reservation and leave, as if he was expelling him. Well, then we signed in and went in. The internet was not free, it was paid. There was no minibar in the room, and after 12 o’clock at night, drinks are paid. Even though I booked it as an Ultra Inclusive, the public bathrooms were very dirty and there was excrement everywhere. We had to deal with that filth throughout the day outside the room 😩
