It was the third consecutive time we chose to stay in Concorde, summer 2023 and 2024 and this time winter 2025. As usual everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and luxury. The staff are the best I have ever met, they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel activities and entertainments even during the winter was perfect. The guest relation staff were so caring and helpful and did a nice room decoration for the Valentine day.
Hats off to the staff and managers.
See you concorde again in July 2025.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel is extremely outdated, with old furniture and facilities that clearly haven’t been maintained properly. The bathrooms were particularly appalling—dirty and unhygienic, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
Cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. It was obvious that no effort was made to use a hoover or properly clean the rooms. This lack of care extended to the dining options as well, where there was no food variety at all. The limited choices were disappointing, especially when you’re staying for multiple days.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Basic standards of hygiene and service were simply not met.

It is not a five star resort and doesn't pretend to be. It is a great value for an all inclusive, nice location on the beach, plenty of water activities, pool is nice and they have poolside parties and the food was really great. I would recommend staying at this all inclusive hotel.
We have been to many excellent family resorts all over the world: Bayou villas is definitely the best! We were here last year for the first time, and we will visit twice this year: weather, location, resort offerings to all age levels and amazing friendliness and competence of staff make the stay at Bayou villas a unique experience!
