Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
I have never experienced such welcoming staff in any resort that I have been to. A special thanks go to Khalid who went above and beyond to give us the best experience. He is one of the reasons I would highly recommend people to stay in this resort. Thanks Khalid!!
Highly recommend Steigenberger for its excellent facilities, friendly ambience and superb food selection. Best selection I've ever seen for an all inclusive holiday. The staff had entertainment shows every night which were family friendly and kept our young toddlers fully entertained. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pools were clean and easily accessible as well as the beach. Fantastic hotel and would go again!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. You feel well looked after. There's plenty to do and a good variety of entertainment from Animation team.. we only had option on booking full board with booking.com but spoke with reception on arrival and for a fee we were upgraded to all inclusive.
The location was excellent, right on the beach with two beach areas to choose from. Sunbeds and umbrellas supplied. As an all inclusive resort it’s one of the good ones. A big range of food, shame about the people who take so much food then waste it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and look after you well. The rooms are basic but cleaned well, our house maid was lovely. Plenty of activity on offer like Zumba and acqua aerobics. Good value for money , we took only the breakfast and dinner option and paid for any extras.
The location is good, inside the medina, access to the traditional souk from the resort.
The buffet, the food variety, and the taste were delicious.
The pools were clean, and the animation was great for all the family.

The property is wonderful, and the resort has great facilities, several pools, great fun for kids and people of all ages. Service is outstanding and staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Lots of food options and varieties served on a daily basis. Amazing resort for families with numerous activities all day long. The greenery, landscapes and space are simply beautiful. Our kids including us had a blast and loved it and we will definitely come back again :) :)
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort, this is it! There is so much here: pools, beach access, beach bar access (for guests, too!), spa, and many spaces to relax. The room I stayed was really nice and comfortable. Also, every single staff member, especially at the reception (Haykel, Mohamed, Nihel, Issa, etc.), was incredibly helpful and friendly!
