Near the beach was excellent and the food was delicious. The majority of the staff were friendly and polite. I particularly appreciated Sirin at the reception - she was exceptionally kind.

Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Friendly hotel with an excellent buffet. The most amazing all inclusive hotel in Tunisia I have been. The quality of the meals, products and service was exquisite! Large choices of dish and they are very attentive and professional. Nice pools and have on site a Thalasso center! Highly recommended!
Beautiful looked liked the pictures. The staff were friendly always saying hello or good morning in Arabic. The food was very healthy and fresh. The private beach was my favourite part of the resort.
The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The food and drinks offered were varied and of a high quality, and there was also an option to eat at two speciality restaurants as part of the all inclusive package. We really enjoyed our 7 night stay and would happily return.
Each room is super original and gathers the personality of the owners and Tunisia. The location is inside the Kasbah, so far from the impersonal all inclusive resorts. The breakfast was an exquisite feast with all the local special delicacies (no full English in Tunisia thank you). So if you’re looking for a local experience, you hardly will get better than that.
Huge resort with stunning infinity pool & also fab facilities for kids. Our son could spend hours in the splash pool! Elegant lobby with plenty of seating for family/friends to enjoy drinks or a game of cards. Lively vibes & excellent kids disco!
For me, it was great to stay in the medina close to the monuments, and not in a resort hotel. The place itself is charming, with a lovely rooftop terrace. Sana on reception and everywhere was a fantastic help, even guiding me to the Archeological Museum, I'd like to thank her again. Also Hanen who helped with my travel arrangements.
This is a resort style hotel situated close to the beach. If you are into a resort style atmosphere, where you are picked up and dropped off by taxi, and everything at your beck and call, then this place and the location will suit you. If you want to explore you can walk along the beach and promenade to the city centre but have comfortable shoes on. Definitely a lot of British tourists holidaying here. 😉
Resort was excellent, good facilities, indoor pool. Entertainment was good. The buffet was excellent, massive selection for all meals and changed up daily. Different specialty dishes. Mahdi at the buffet was a good host, always checking up on us. Heated Indoor pool was good.
I stayed at every all inclusive resort in Sousse. This is by far the best and the only one that should be 5 star. There were two other all inclusive resorts in Sousse, I won’t mention any names. The quality here is way better. (service, food, rooms, views). it’s legit. the other places weren’t. Stay here.
