POOL IS EXCELLENT.ROOM WAS POOR FOR PRICE AND AS A FIVE STAR HOTEL.LIKED THE RECEPTIONEST BUT NOT OTHER STAFF WAHAT SO OVER.MY SUITCASE WAS OPENED IN THE ROOM BY UNKNOWN PERSON.A TOWL AT THE POOL WAS NOT GIVEN EXCEPT IF I GIVE A GURANTEE BY CREDIT CARD FOR 15 TUNISIAN DINARS.I COMPLAINED TO THE DUTY MANGER AND TOLD HIM TTHAT I WILL RETURN THE TOWL AFTER MY SWIM.HE AGREED AND EXPLAINED THAT GUESTS ABUSE THE TOWELS OR GET STOLEN.
I REQUESTED EXTRA PILLOWS AND TOWELS PRIOR OF BOOKING WAS NEVER DELIVERD .REQUESTED TWICE BUT NO DELIVERY.I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

I was totally surprised by this resort, was was very nicely appointed. Hotel itself is an awesome throwback to old school Resort hotels...the downstairs bar is amazeballs. The location is far enough away that it feels "out of town" but close enough to "close to town"...neat trick!
