It was such an amazing experience staying at Kachonghills Tented Resort.
- Excellent service from hotel staffs.
- Large and very clean room.
- Delicious breakfast
- Breathtaking view.
It's an old and dignified establishment - once a true modern luxury hotel in the area. It was great to see the old photos in the lobby of the opening of the hotel and its history. By now it is a bit run down, but perfectly livable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For its price, it was a very good experience.
Such a beautiful resort in a beautiful area! We were given a free upgrade to a fancier tent that overlooked the river. The room was clean, large, and the bed was sooo comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. The food was great, especially the breakfasts.
This was a splurge on our backpacking trip and worth every penny!
Beautiful setting, location... but it seems like it is not being cared for as it could be... it would not take much effort to make this resort very desirable
