Plaa’s is a magical resort built into the hillside over the bay of Than Sadet beach. The views & beach are breathtaking taking. This was a return visit after 20 years ago when my husband came as a backpacker. It is great to see Plaa still running the resort. The vibe is still like the old days but there are some fabulous new bungalows that offer a little bit of luxury in the jungle, without losing the KP magic. We stayed in the Deluxe bungalow which was superb.
The property is located Amazingly - you couldn’t ask for a better location to be in touch with nature/ the beach! With it being a private beach for the 2 resorts that are there it’s lovely! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating - this was a lovely experience and would recommend it if you are back packing like us and want to explore!
The location is amazing if you are looking for a quiet place and astonishing views in the nature. About the room just dont expect luxury.. and the food in t'he restaurant was nice :)
