The rooms and hotel looks much better than the online pics. The rooms are nice, large, and clean, and the grounds are quiet and peaceful.

Loved the location as its not too far from the city yet felt rural and with lots of nature. love spending time on the deck and pool just watching birds at the lake and forest. Good place if one like being left alone by resort staff.
We travelled up from Hat Yai to stay a night and celebrate at Buzz Stop Bar just behind the hotel. The location of The Luxury Residence is perfect if you would like to explore the short bar and restaurant street just behind. The front of house team were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, managed to get into our room very quickly. The rooms were cleaned well and everything was in working order. I can comfortably say that the value for money is brilliant. Monkey mountain is also just a short walk up the road!

I received outstanding service from 2 of the staff members here:-
1/ One staff member helped me with driving me to find something I needed. This was upon arrival, before I even paid!
2/ Another staff member organised for my rented motorbike to be returned after I had to leave early in the morning, and returned my deposit to me.
This all with helpful cheerful staff.
The place is lovely with plenty of relaxation areas and delicious tea and coffee included.
