Thai hospitality at it's best! Welcoming, friendly staff with a special mention to Aoi, who made sure everything was taken care of. She arranged tuktuks for us, laundry to be done, recommended places to see, and restaurant recommendations. The on-site massages (for an extra charge of THB400/hour) were authentic Thai and very relaxing in an air-conditioned room overlooking the pool.
The free breakfast included cooked eggs and fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, cakes and pastries, and a different Thai delicacy each day + espresso coffee (or tea), orange juice, water. There was also a lunch and dinner menu so we didn't have to venture out for other meals if we didn't want to.
We had a garden view villa, which had a comfortable bed, good pressure shower instant electric heated, and air conditioning and 2 bottles of complimentary water each day.
The grounds are well manicured and such a pretty setting with a pond in the middle. The pool had plenty of loungers around to relax on and was a warm temperature and deep at one end.
A perfect place to relax after visiting the Ayutthaya Historical Park.

Beautiful property on a small canal filled with lotus/fish/ and a few big lizards. Very well kept, great location for a quiet area close to the parks/temples. Owners are very friendly and take very good care of property

Front desk staff was very rude and not polite. We were traveling with another couple and they refused to put us in the same building near each other. There are 3 large building far apart. Also they put us in a building quite a far walk from the building with pool/fitness/restaurant. The place was almost empty being a Sunday night booking. After 15 minutes of bickering they finally offered us to move for a fee of $200Baht. Could have saved everyone a lot of trouble if just offering that up front. Also no hot water in the 2 rooms we booked. Travelers beware.

We had a wonderful time in the resort. The owner and her staff were so friendly and courteus. The resort was very close to the Must See Points and the price performance ratio very good. We hope to see the owner again!!!

The interior decoration and furnishings of the house are quite traditional and beautiful. The outdoor courtyard is quite comfortable, like being in a resort.
I loved the location mostly. This hostel is a beautiful work of art. This reminds me more of a Samui resort than a guesthouse. Its chill... But more into the fancy side. It was a great place to be in for a while. I usually go for budget accommodation.
The guesthouse is also connected to a restaurant/coffee shop. we didnt try the food. But the drinks were out of this world... Amazing.
The room was clean (much cleaner than the average local Thai resorts). The bed was very comfortable and everything functioned as they should.. more or less. Also staff were friendly, attentive and did their effort to service and make you feel welcomed. Location is excellent, walking distance to the temples.
Fantastic pleasant staff, a friendly and professional Bim, introduced me to my Bungalow and the rest of the hotel. Beautiful garden with a pool and pond. The Bungalow was great with a comfy bed. This place certainly deserves a high rate from customers. Since it is difficult to find rooms on this popular resort, I booked a week in March.
